What is the difference between the PRO and SPORT Model?
The CLEAR 360 PRO provides a level of workplace hearing protection that is designed & tested to comply with OSHA & ANSI best practices.
The CLEAR 360 PRO employs the patented Bongiovi Acoustics DPS Speech Intelligibility software to optimize user safety in the workplace and in industrial environments.
This Speech Intelligibility software algorithm is specifically designed to overcome workplace communications issues. CLEAR 360 developed the listening modes in the CLEAR 360 PRO to overcome real-world commercial/industrial listening environments.
The CLEAR 360 SPORT model uses “Sport-Mode” to optimize use for outdoor/recreational activities such as Hunting, Shooting, Tactical Sports, Biking, Stadium Events, etc. All listening modes on the CLEAR 360 SPORT model are specifically designed to optimize your experience in these recreational activities.
Both the CLEAR 360 PRO and SPORT models provide Premium Hearing Protection with a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 24dB

Where can I find the user manual for CLEAR 360 PRO and CLEAR 360 SPORT?

Can I use any USB C-Type charger to charge my CLEAR 360 PRO or SPORT??
It is recommended only to use the USB charging block provided with your CLEAR 360 headset. This is a 5.0V, 2000mA USB charging block. Using any charger that doesn’t meet this specification may damage your CLEAR 360 headset and void the warranty.
What should I do if the windscreens are full of dirt or debris?
The windscreen assemblies are removable and replaceable. Pinch the back and front of the windscreen between your fingers to release the locking tab. Pull up on the back side of the windscreen, then rock it forward to remove it. To replace the windscreen, perform the previous steps in reverse. Replacement windscreens can be purchased here.
Can I replace the battery in my CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT?
The battery in the CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT is not user-replaceable.
I am unable or having trouble connecting my CLEAR 360 to Bluetooth, what do I do?
First, be sure you have a Bluetooth-compatible CLEAR 360 PRO. If you are unsure, contact support and provide your serial number under the “Technical Support” tab. A representative will be happy to assist with this.
For Blue-Tooth-enabled CLEAR 360 headsets, be sure you are properly pairing your headset with your device. Visit our Manual for pairing instructions.
If you are still experiencing difficulty pairing your Bluetooth-enabled headset with your device, please reset and refresh the CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT pairing list. To reset and clear the Bluetooth pairing list on the CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT, hold the Red “MFB” button and the “Volume UP” button down at the same time for 5 seconds.
Lastly, recycle the power one time for good measure, then pair your phone again via Bluetooth.
How To Use
What size foam tips should I use on my CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT headsets?
All CLEAR 360 headsets come packaged with one pair each of small, medium, and large foam tips. Begin with the large-size tips. Follow the provided instructions to make sure the tips are properly inserted into the ear. Try all three sizes to see which provides the best fit and maximum hearing protection and comfort. Warning: Proper fit into the user’s ear is critically important to obtaining protection against hazardous noise. Failure to properly fit the foam ear tips may result in permanent hearing loss or other significant injury. Read and understand all safety documentation before use.
What are the ear wings for?
When properly fitted, the ear wing seats into the fold of the ear, securing the CLEAR 360 headset’s earpiece into place. They keep the patented microphone manifolds in the proper orientation to achieve accurate directionality for maximum situational awareness.
How do I know when the CLEAR 360 Headset is fully charged?
The red LED light found at the front of the charging port will illuminate while the headset is charging. Once the headset is fully charged, the red LED light will turn off.
How can I check the remaining battery life of the CLEAR 360 Headset?
A battery check can be initiated while the CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT is powered on. Quickly press the Multi-Function Button and the Volume Down (-) Button at the same time. An audible voice prompt will indicate the battery level.
What are the multiple listening modes?
Multiple listening modes are customized for optimized use in your environment to maximize safety, enhance environmental sounds, enable clear 2-way communication, deliver studio quality music, or “mute mode” to remove the world altogether.
How do I change Listening Modes?
Press the “Switch-Mode” button once to advance to the next Listening Mode. Listening Modes 1 – 4 can be cycled through one by one by pressing this button. A voice prompt will alert you to which Listening Mode you are currently on.
To enter “Mute Mode,” press and hold the Switch Mode button for 2 seconds. A voice prompt will alert you that you are in the Mute mode. To exit “Mute Mode,” simply press the “Switch-Mode” button once. (Note: You may also exit “Mute Mode” by pressing the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons.)
Can I pair my phone with the CLEAR 360 Headset?
Yes. You can pair any Bluetooth-enabled phone, 2-way radio, or other Bluetooth-enabled communication device to the CLEAR 360 PRO or SPORT models. The CLEAR 360 Headset will optimize the audio of playback music, phone calls, radio communication, and any Bluetooth-transmitted audio.
I have paired multiple Bluetooth devices to my CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT. How do I know which one will connect?
The CLEAR 360 Headset will only pair to one device at a time. CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT will always prioritize connection to Bluetooth devices in the order they were paired. For example, You pair your cell phone first, then later pair your laptop computer. If both your cell phone and laptop are powered on and in range, your CLEAR 360 Headset will automatically pair to your cell phone when powered on.
How do I change the volume of my Bluetooth content?
Simply adjust the volume control on your paired Bluetooth device. The volume buttons on the CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT only affect the level of the real-world environment sound being picked up by the built-in microphones.
Why does my Bluetooth-connected music or movie content sound “tinny” over certain listening modes?
The CLEAR 360 PRO and SPORT models have five different listening modes. (4 listening modes plus 1 “mute” mode.)
Listening modes 1 and 2 have specialized processing that improves and enhances the clarity of the human voice while in high-noise environments or optimizes the use for outdoor/recreational activities. Listening modes 3 and 4 are tailored more towards listening to media content. Bluetooth content remains active and audible with “mute mode” engaged.

Why can’t I hear my audio in the earbuds?
We recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on the CLEAR 360 PRO/SPORT. This is easily done by holding the Red “MFB” button and the “Volume UP” button down at the same time for 5 seconds. Recycle the power one time, then pair your phone or device again via Bluetooth.
