2.2 Intended Use 

This device is only intended for use in noise environments in which it provides adequate hearing protection as outlined by federal, state and local standards. 

Information on the hearing protection capabilities of the product and measured noise reduction rating (NRR) can be found on the included Safety Information & Quick Start Card

It is the responsibility of the user to understand the governmental(federal, state and local)statutes and regulations that govern noise exposure, as well as the policies of any agency or facility under which exposure may occur,and to determine if this device meets those requirements.


2.3 System Overview 

The CLEAR 360 PRO system provides hearing protection in loud noise environments.  It will prevent dangerous sound pressure levels from entering your ears while maintaining full awareness of your surroundings.  The system uses patented Bongiovi Acoustic Labs V3D™ technology to provide a natural 360° sound field for maximum safety and comfort.  The system also provides an optional Bluetooth connection for essential communications (phone calls, radio comms, etc.) and utilizes the patented DPS™ audio processing technology to ensure maximum voice clarity.

We certify that all of our products (exceptions – see list below) are compliant with the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC for the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHs). 

No Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr+6), PBB or PBDE is intentionally added to these devices. Any trace impurities of these substances contained in the parts are below the RoHs specified threshold levels.
